The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the historic center of the city, as well as numerous eating places. The staff at the hotel are friendly and courteous, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a range of facilities. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day. Plus, some rooms offer a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
It would be beneficial for the hotel to improve their communication skills, as there were instances where staff members were unable to answer basic questions or provide recommendations for local restaurants and nearby sites.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is only a short walk away from the main attractions, such as the Spanish Steps. I loved being able to easily explore the city and discover all its beauty.

Excellent location, close to major attractions. I was delighted with the comfortable bed mattress, it provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options. The administration and waitstaff were professional and always had a smile.
